“These young people have had some unfortunate situations occur in their young lives which have resulted in them being placed in the State’s Foster Care System. We thought the event was AWESOME. It provided the youth a dual experience: 1) To visit a college campus and 2) to attend a collegiate sporting event. This may be the only experience they may have with an institution of higher learning. It is our hope and prayer that this exposure and the motivation that you and your speakers provided will be a motivating factor for the youth.”
